This past Thursday was another great day for OJ Simpson as he sat in front of parole board members giving his final statements along with his lawyer and oldest daughter that will grant him his freedom to finish the rest of his sentence with his family and friends.
During the ruling , the 70 year old simpson., who was convicted in 2008 of an armed robbery involving two sports memorabilia dealers in a Las Vegas hotel room, could be out of prison as early as Oct. 1st after serving the minimum of a 33 year sentence.
The parole commissioners didn't take very long to deliberate their decision, in fact in took a little over 30 min. O.J. Simpson has been granted early release by a parole board and will leave Lovelock Correctional Center in October after serving nine years -- the minimum time for his 2008 armed robbery conviction.
